North Carolina men's lacrosse · powered by AIS

Every coach knows what a kid needs.
Nobody has time to do it forty times a week.

AIS takes what a staff already knows about an athlete — evaluations, self-assessments, film notes, testing — and turns it into one to three priorities and a week of work somebody actually does.

It does not replace Hudl, Teamworks or Catapult. It reads what they hold, applies the program's own standards, and hands the staff the next action. Built for men's college lacrosse first.

01Assessment

Coach and athlete rate the same rubric, against written anchors.

02Priorities

One to three things that matter most right now. Never more.

03Action plan

A week of film, drills, lifting and conversations.

04Accountability

The athlete checks it off and says what changed.

05Progress

What moved, what stalled, who needs a coach today.
